Resolutions, Reorganizations Welcome New Year

The annual Resolution Run and government reorganization meetings mark the beginning of 2012.

Hillsborough rung in the New Year last night, ran it in this morning and will bring at least one new face to the Township Committee on Tuesday.

Though residents are just one day into 2012, it’s business as usual for the township government. Schools will be back in session on Monday, and the Township Committee will have its reorganization meeting—and pick the 2012 mayor and deputy mayor—on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the hearing on the Green Village apartment, hotel and retail space continues at Thursday’s Planning Board meeting.
