More than a dozen residents expressed concern and even outrage Tuesday night about the possibility of an off-track wagering facility with a restaurant at 150 Route 206 in the northern part of the township, according to centraljersey.com.
They spoke at a Township Committee meeting in which the proprietors of the “Favorites at Hillsborough” restaurant and wagering site detailed their plans. The developers stayed for almost three hours to answer questions from the public, according to centraljersey.com.
