In court on Friday, Clint Benson, son of former New York Giant Brad Benson, rejected a plea deal that would have required him to serve about six years in jail before becoming eligible for parole, according to nj.com.
Benson was arrested in 2013 for allegedly striking a man from behind with his vehicle after the man confronted him about his reckless driving, according to nj.com.
