Due to approval from the New Jersey Racing Commission taking longer than expected, progress on the controversial off-track wagering site in Hillsborough is at a stand still, according to nj.com.
Mayor Doug Tomson told nj.com that once a public hearing is scheduled, residents who still oppose the OTW site will have a chance to make their case to the New Jersey Racing Commission.
