A 71-year-old woman is being treated for serious head injuries at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital after she was struck by an SUV while riding her bike on in Franklin Tuesday morning, according to nj.com.
Judith Schrope was cycling westbound on Weston Road when Barbara Mulford-Dera, 63, struck her while traveling in the same direction in her 2001 Chevy Tahoe, according to nj.com.
