Ms. Phee has been employed by Johnson & Johnson for over 25 years.  She currently holds the position of Senior Director, Global Temperature Control Center of Excellence Leader.  Kathy is responsible for setting strategy and developing programs to ensure products are stored and transported in an appropriate manner.  Kathy has held both global and US roles with increasing responsibility in the areas of Industrial Engineering, Production Planning, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Project Management.  Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Kathy served as an officer in the United States Army.   Kathy is married and has three daughters.  Kathy is actively involved in Girl Scouts and has been a troop leader for the last eleven years.

Ms. Laties is Director, Marketing Communications at Novartis Oncology.  She started her career in pharmaceutical advertising, working with several pharmaceutical companies, and a number of product launches.  After 10 years in advertising she moved to the Pharma side, first working with Pharmacia then Pfizer prior to beginning her career with Novartis Oncology in 2004.  Under her leadership, she built a diverse team of six different groups that manage the internal review process, promotional material management and compliance.  Additionally, she implemented several initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings for the organization, which led to her being awarded the President’s Award for Productivity and Operational Excellence in 2008. Due to her strong leadership, professionalism, and personal reputation, Michelle was awarded the Values & Behaviors award in 2013, which is an individual recognition within the US Novartis Oncology Business Unit.
