Donation from Wells Fargo to help NJ Tourette Center

FLEMINGTON – The New Jersey Center for Tourette Syndrome & Associated Disorders (NJCTS) is pleased to announce the donation of $1,000 from Wells Fargo and its Community Partner Program to support the general operating expenses of NJCTS.

“We are proud to partner with the New Jersey Center for Tourette Syndrome & Associated Disorders as it works toward achieving our shared goals in the community,” said Deborah Smith, Community Affairs Manager for the Wells Fargo Social Responsibility Group. “We are delighted to assist this organization and offer our best wishes for continued success.”

The donation will go toward offsetting the costs of delivering many of NJCTS’ programs and services, including in-service presentations, webinars, Patient-Centered Medical Education programs and much more.

“On behalf of everyone at NJCTS and in the New Jersey TS community, I graciously accept this donation from Wells Fargo,” NJCTS Executive Director Faith W. Rice said. “ We appreciate Wells Fargo’s dedication toward supporting our efforts to better serve the 1 in 100 children, adults and families affected by this misunderstood, misdiagnosed neurological disorder.”

NJCTS is based in Somerville but has been serving every New Jersey county since its inception more than a decade ago. Its outreach extends into the educational, medical and research communities, but the majority of its programs and services are geared toward helping families affected by Tourette Syndrome.
