Haruko is an internationally published, award-winning photographer based in New York City. Formerly a photojournalist and corporate photographer, she specializes in capturing animals and the culture that surrounds them.  She is also an equestrian and often rides at Lord Stirling Stable.

Haruko will be signing calendars at the Holiday Festival on Sunday, December 8 from 11AM – 12PM.

Proceeds from the calendar sales will benefit the FLSS School Horse Retirement Program, which cares for Lord Stirling Stable’s retired lesson horses until they can be adopted into loving "forever” homes.  The Retirement Program is celebrating its 10th anniversary this month.  To date, 43 former lesson horses have been adopted.

The festival is organized and run by FLSS volunteers, and it’s a wonderful way for the whole family to welcome the holiday season with hay rides to Santa's house (weather permitting), free pony rides, a Silent Auction, gifts, food, and more.
