It's tough to keep up with the ever-growing list of social media websites and apps—but a select few are proving to be vital resources for businesses to keep in touch with customers.
One of those sites in LinkedIn, which is sort-of a business-oriented Facebook, which many companies are using effectively to enhance marketing and customer support projects.
If you're new social media or need to learn more about using LinkedIn for your business, check out the presentation set for 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the library. Attendees will learn how to create and use a special page for their business.
