The support group is for loved ones and friends that are dealing with addiction. The group meets every week and teaches you the 12 step program to help you learn to take care of yourself. Nar-Aron Family Group is primarily for you who know or have known a feeling of desperation concerning the addiction problems of someone very near you. The group understands what you are dealing with, and we respect your confidence and anonymity.
The group meets every thursday night at 7:30 at FitnFirm located right in Mountain View Road off Route 206 south, Hillsborough, NJ Call 908-281-0013 if you need directions.

FitnFirm is a Hillsborough-based gym exclusively for female clients. Classes include yoga, pilates, Zumba, kickboxing, bender balls and PACE body training. FitnFirm also maintains a gym featuring strength and cardio equipment.
