Separate Incidents Lead to Hindering Charges
Two Hillsborough men face charge after trying to avoid police.
Hillsborough police reported two incidents leading to charges of hindering police investigations between Feb. 26 and March 6.
Javehy Toney, 21, was charged with hindering apprehension on Feb. 26 when he gave false information to police investigating a theft.
Police said he was also charged with theft, after allegedly taking items valued at $600 from a neighbor.
On March 6, police attempted to stop Vishal Cheruku, 39, of Hillsborough, as he was driving on Route 206, but he attempted to escape officers by pulling off the road and driving his vehicle behind a business.
It didn't work: he was found and charged with obstruction and speeding.

Where's the story about Brad Benson's son? Or do you only publish stories about some poor schlubs who run afoul of the law and not the elite class?
