Police Investigate Route 206 South Accident
Somerset County Prosecutor's Office also on the scene.
Hillsborough Township Police and the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office investigated a Friday evening accident on Route 206 South between Triangle and Farm roads.
Details were not immediately available regarding the incident, which occurred at about 6:20 p.m., and may have involved a pedestrian being struck.
The Hillsborough Rescue Squad, police and Somerset County Prosecutor's Office remained on the scene as of 7:45 p.m.
The investigation forced police to close Route 206 South between Triangle and Farm roads for about two hours, though Route 206 North remained open.
