A late morning two-vehicle accident on Route 206 south of Amwell Road by the entrance to Nelsons Corner tied up traffic into Montgomery to the south and past Triangle Road to the north on Thursday.

No serious injuries were reported by emergency responders on the scene.

According to those responding, a Ford SUV was traveling north on Route 206 when the accident occurred. Even though the SUV rolled over the safety equipment–front and side airbags, and seat belt–allowed the occupants to avoid serious injuries, according to emergency responders.
