Just curious...what constitutes a .1 or .2 bathroom? Some of these homes have 1.1 bathrooms. Is that a full bath plus a room with just a toilet? Does the .2 have a toilet and a sink? Didn't that used to be called a half-bath? Real question, I'm not trying to be silly or sarcastic.

Judith: a bathroom with toilet and sink is the ".1" referred to. More than one such room adds, so the ".2" bathrooms woud mean two such bathrooms. A house with 2.2 bathrooms has two full bathrooms, two "half" bathrooms.
