What are you drinking?
The bartender's traditional question gets an NJ makeover this weekend, courtesy of Uproot Restaurant in Warren. That's where they'll have a workshop that uses New Jersey produce to make drink recipes.
The workshops, which are an hour and a half, are for those who are 21 and older, and include all the ingredients and equipment to make each cocktail.
Classes are by reservation only and can be made via phone 908.834.8194, or via email to jonathan@uprootrestaurant.com
