Cops: Woman Records .27% Blood-Alcohol Level

Two arrested in separate incidents for DWI.

 

A township woman recorded a blood-alcohol level of more than three times the level limit when she was pulled over earlier this month on Johanson Avenue, Hillsborough Police said Friday.

Tara Rudd, 45, of Hillsborough, recorded a .27 percent blood-alcohol level after she was stopped on May 4 on Johanson Avenue. Rudd was charged with driving while intoxicayed. She was released after being charged with careless driving, police said.

Scott Goddell, 57, of Seattle, Wash., recorded a .17 percent blood-alcohol level after he was stopped on Route 206, police said. Goddell was released after being charged with DWI and obstructing traffic.

Just like any illegal drug,alcohol should be prohibited n illegal we wouldn't have this problems in th streets
