In "Ghostbusters," Bill Murray's Peter Venkman makes the mayor of New York, played by David Margulies, understand the impending apocalypse with the warning of "cats and dogs living together."

In the real world, of course, cats and dogs live together all the time—too often in shelters for homeless animals, and all these cats and dogs need is a home to live with someone in.
